The Heroes Transitional Housing Program is a non-profit dedicated to eliminating barriers that veterans and first responders commonly face. Our housing services can provide temporary housing with supportive services, which facilitates clients’ transition to permanent housing.
Our supportive services can foster healing and professional excellency. The program aims to address the unique needs of veterans and first responders. The supportive community the program offers can offer a safe space to thrive. Participant can are not limited to the following supportive services which includes:
Immediate Shelter: Offering short-term residential services to provide immediate housing for those struggling to overcome the barriers to healing, housing and happiness.
Financial Education and Support: Providing financial counseling and personalized financial plans to help families achieve stability.
Employment and Educational Assistance: Helping individuals find employment or accessing educational opportunities to improve their long-term prospects.
Health and Mental Health Services: Connecting participants with necessary health care, including mental health counseling and addiction support.
Case Management: Assigning caseworkers to work closely with individuals to create and follow personalized goal plans.
